1. Warehousing & Distribution
Crystal Communications operates through a network of multiple warehouses across the country.

Decentralized Shipping: To ensure the best delivery times, your order may ship from various locations depending on stock availability and your proximity to the warehouse.

Admin Office Notice: Our head office in Meyersdal, Alberton, is strictly an administrative hub. No stock is kept at this location. All orders are dispatched directly from our distribution centers.
2. Shipping Methods & Partners
We utilize a variety of reputable courier partners. The specific carrier assigned to your order depends on:

The specific delivery location (Main centers vs. Outlying areas).
3. Shipping Costs & Restrictions
While we strive to keep shipping costs transparent, please note the following exceptions:

Heavy Loads: Any order exceeding 1,000kg will incur custom shipping costs. This applies even if the system displays "Free Delivery" at checkout. Our team will contact you with a revised shipping quote for these bulk consignments.

Solar Panel Delivery: * Free Shipping: Free delivery is only applicable to solar panels when ordering 6 or more units.

Outlying Areas: If the delivery address is deemed an "outlying area" by our couriers, additional shipping charges will apply regardless of the quantity ordered.

4. Access and Offloading

Vehicle Access: Large consignments are typically delivered via articulated trucks.

Site Requirements: Please notify your Order Processor in advance regarding any access restrictions, forklift availability, or staff requirements for offloading.

Drop-off Point: Drivers will unload shipments to the nearest safely accessible point using a pallet truck. Drivers are not permitted to unpack or manually shift loads by hand.
5. Customer Collection Service
We offer collection options for specific products depending on the item and the warehouse location.

Availability: Collection is not available for all products.

Procedure: To request a collection, you must contact us first to confirm if the product is eligible and to verify the warehouse location.

Appointments: Collections are by appointment only. You will be provided with a specific time slot; unauthorized entry to warehouse sites without a confirmed appointment is not permitted.
