Warranty

The Creality K2 3D Printer includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty excludes consumable and wear items such as nozzles, build plates, extruder gears, and damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers are also protected by a 6-month statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and the printer's serial number.
