Creality PPA-CF Filament is a high-performance engineering material reinforced with 15% carbon fibre for exceptional strength, stiffness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. Its low moisture absorption and excellent mechanical properties make it ideal for automotive parts, functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, tooling and demanding industrial components.
Finished in a professional matte black carbon-fibre appearance, PPA-CF is designed for applications where standard PLA, PETG or ABS simply isn't strong enough.

- 15% Carbon Fibre Reinforced – PPA (polyphthalamide) reinforced with 15% carbon fibre provides excellent strength, rigidity and dimensional stability for demanding engineering parts.
- Exceptional Mechanical Strength – Creality reports tensile strength of up to 250 MPa, compared with 149 MPa for its referenced standard PA-CF material.
- High Stiffness – Rated at approximately 5,320 MPa, making it suitable for structural and load-bearing components where rigidity is important.
- Excellent Heat Resistance – Designed for components exposed to elevated operating temperatures, making it suitable for automotive, mechanical and industrial applications.
- Low Moisture Absorption – Creality specifies approximately 1.5% saturated water absorption, helping the material maintain mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy in humid environments.
- High Toughness & Impact Resistance – Well suited to parts exposed to impacts, vibration and repeated mechanical loads.
- Excellent Dimensional Stability – Carbon-fibre reinforcement helps reduce shrinkage and warping while improving dimensional accuracy.
- Engineering-Grade Material – Ideal for functional prototypes, industrial tooling, automotive components, jigs, fixtures, brackets and structural parts.
- 1.75 mm Diameter / 1 kg Spool – Supplied in black with a net filament weight of 1 kg.
- Designed for High-Temperature Printers – Recommended printing temperature is 280–300°C, with a 90–105°C heated bed and an enclosed printer.
- Professional Matte Carbon-Fibre Appearance – The carbon-fibre reinforcement gives printed components a technical, premium appearance suitable for finished functional parts.

Creality PPA-CF requires a high-temperature hotend, an abrasion-resistant nozzle, and preferably a heated/enclosed chamber.
Officially listed by Creality as PPA-CF compatible:
- Creality K2 Plus / K2 Plus Combo – up to 350°C nozzle, 120°C bed and 60°C heated chamber.
- Creality K2 Pro / K2 Pro Combo – up to 300°C nozzle, 110°C bed and 60°C chamber; Creality specifically lists PPA-CF among its supported materials.
