Installations with Sunsynk products now need to be registered to gain full activation of the warranty. https://www.sunsynk.org/warranty

For firmware updates, ensure that the inverter is on bypass mode and the PV is off. Failure to do this may damage your inverter. Please ensure that 12kW Sunsynk 3ph Inverter is updated to the latest firmware version 1096 E013. The update must be done before the system is switched on. This is imperative mainly for parallel or three phase systems to prevent inverter damage and malfunction.
