The BatteryProtect safeguards your battery by disconnecting non-essential loads before voltage drops too low or cranking power is lost. It supports one-way current flow—from battery to load or from charger to battery—and must be wired accordingly for proper use.

Product Features:

  • 12/24V Auto Ranging: Automatically detects system voltage for easy setup.
  • Easy Programming: Choose from multiple engage/disengage voltage settings, with a seven-segment display for clear indication.
  • Li-ion Battery Mode: Special setting allows control via VE.Bus BMS; also functions as a charge interrupter for Li-ion systems.
  • Ultra Low Power Consumption: Ideal for Li-ion batteries, especially post low-voltage shutdown.
  • Over Voltage Protection: Disconnects load if voltage exceeds 16V (12V systems) or 32V (24V systems) to protect sensitive equipment.
  • Ignition Proof Design: Uses MOSFET switches instead of relays—no sparks, safer operation.
  • Delayed Alarm Output: Activates after 12 seconds of low voltage to avoid false alarms during engine start.
  • Delayed Disconnect/Reconnect: Load disconnects after 90 seconds of low voltage and reconnects 30 seconds after voltage recovery.
