The Orion DC-DC power supply is a versatile and reliable solution for applications requiring stable DC output without battery charging. Designed with smart protection features and flexible installation options, it ensures safe operation in demanding environments while simplifying system wiring.

  • Remote on/off terminal – Operate the unit with a low-power switch or engine run/stop switch, eliminating the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring.
  • Short circuit proof & paralleled operation – Multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase output current.
  • High temperature protection – Output current reduces automatically at high ambient temperatures to prevent overheating.
  • IP43 protection – Provides dust and splash resistance when installed with screw terminals oriented downwards.
  • Easy screw terminal installation – No special tools required for setup.
  • Input fuse (12V/24V models only) – Built-in protection for input, non-replaceable.
  • Adjustable output voltage – Output voltage can be tailored to application requirements.
  • Not intended for battery charging – For battery charging applications, use the Orion-Tr Smart model.
